Good and bad
The interface is easy enough to navigate. Ive never ordered through H&Ms website since I have two stores within driving distance. However, I decided to purchase some hoodies because they dont carry the ones I wanted in the store. Purchasing them was straightforward, nothing fancy or difficult. However, even when the app said they had one of the hoodies in stock, my order was amended because they currently didnt have the item in their warehouse. Fair enough, the order will be delayed. Im not in a hurry so its alright. Today (8.03.16) I placed an order for three items since they have a 60% off sale. I buy a hoodie in purple. 20 minutes later I check my email and for some reason the color changes to a different one. I call customer service, was told they couldnt change it since the order was already processed. I get a bit annoyed and have them escalate to a supervisor. Btw, the supervisor Myra I spoke to have excellent customer service. She offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. Problem solved.
Tl:dr the app itself isnt anything special. It works well enough for me. Their customer service was great.
