Horrible app, worse customer service

I placed an order on the app, entered my new address and the order still went to my old address on record. When I called RIGHT AWAY the customer rep tells me theres nothing he can do to help because the order was already sent to the warehouse. Now apparently its up to me to call USPS and tell them not to ship it there. What a joke. Worst customer service ever, wont be ordering from them again

Stock & start up problem

1.) everything is constantly out of stock and its annoying. Probably has nothing to do with the app but its still annoying. Maybe you guys dont update it or something. 2.) when launching the app from a notification slide, the app opens up all black with a white bar on the bottom. I cant find a solution to this so it must be a bug. 3.) Idk why but now when I try to open the app it takes me to a blank "choose region" page immediately and I cant click or do anything. Its broken.

Great App!!

Im surprised by all the negative reviews. Ive been shopping on the H&M app for 2yrs + and I have never had a problem with it, its an awesome app very easy to shop and customer service is great too. Love H&M

Good and bad

The interface is easy enough to navigate. Ive never ordered through H&Ms website since I have two stores within driving distance. However, I decided to purchase some hoodies because they dont carry the ones I wanted in the store. Purchasing them was straightforward, nothing fancy or difficult. However, even when the app said they had one of the hoodies in stock, my order was amended because they currently didnt have the item in their warehouse. Fair enough, the order will be delayed. Im not in a hurry so its alright. Today (8.03.16) I placed an order for three items since they have a 60% off sale. I buy a hoodie in purple. 20 minutes later I check my email and for some reason the color changes to a different one. I call customer service, was told they couldnt change it since the order was already processed. I get a bit annoyed and have them escalate to a supervisor. Btw, the supervisor Myra I spoke to have excellent customer service. She offered a solution that exceeded my expectations. Problem solved. Tl:dr the app itself isnt anything special. It works well enough for me. Their customer service was great.

The app cant use in China

I live in China for a while and I download the app from the US App Store. Seems like the app doesnt support China. However the Zara, P&B and Forever21. Their app works fine in China. And I contact the developer for the app. They just dont care and ask me to use the website. If you dont take care your Customers. Your company will be closed soon.

Wont launch

It wont let me in the app . I get to the choose region page and it says error retry. Please fix!!

Not an improvement

I love H&M, and I shop using the app all too frequently. The latest update wont let me add things to my shopping bag. Whats up with that? Isnt this app supposed to make it easier for me to spend money????

Even Worse Than the Website

Both the mobile website & the app are terrible...could be way more functional, i.e. Being able to pick up where you left off scrolling when you click on an item, since you cant open an item in a new tab. Also it would be great if you all added an item locator to show what stores have an item in stock. This is especially helpful if you have a gift card since you cant even use them online! Its all money! While youre at it just make the gift cards usable online....

This app isnt necessary

I cant add things to the bag... I cant purchase on the app... And I cant purchase online. What if I cant make it to the store but really need a new pair of shoes that only H&M has? Im screwed then. You should make the App so customers can purchase things online and on the app. Convents could bring in more customers too.

Cant use the web site; cant use the app

Ive spent many, many dollars buying wonderful things from UO, Anthopology, etc. Ive spent lots a money with H&M and their phone customer support is great. But - their web site doesnt work on my year old iPad . It shows me clothes. But I cant order them. So I thought hey - an app! An app will work. So I got the ap. The ap doesnt even respond to the question "what country are you from" or in or whatever. I could go on but I wont . Ok - one more. On on the web site , I kept putting in my birthdate (to finish my order which was I able to because someone sent me a direct link to an item .) and I kept getting the message "please validate your birthdate.? Whaaat? What I called customer service they asked if I had entered the numbers DD/MM/YY. I said ,no, I entered them exactly as the model showed -DD/MM/YYYY. Oh no, I was told, thats not right. But I said - thats what was shown as the example. If your phone customer service wasnt so good, I might have given up on you. Your off site shopping is just awful.

Doesnt work

App has given a Failed to Load Content error ever since the Sept. 26th update.

app works fine. I dont know what the comments above me mean because the app works fine? on the website it wouldnt let me click anything so I decided to try the app and it let me click things.
