App Always Works!

I think the other comments are from people whose phones dont work....H&M app has always worked for me without a problem. Back to shopping now

Its a good shop, but the app disappoint me:(the menu is inconvenient.

Really Bad!!

The previous version was good. It was easy to use and the sale section very accesible. I really cant understand what they were thinking about with this one.. I dont even buy anymore because it is not a good experience, in fact it is a pain :(

Not useful

This app has no useful features. The scan app only returns with a statement that the items are unavailable online, but that is not actually true. There are no coupons or incentive programs like other popular stores.

WISHLIST!!!!

Bring back the wishlist!!! Every time I see updates on my apps I hope it will be H&M bringing back the dang wishlist. Or a favorites tab. Something that the shopper can categorize things they want to buy without putting it in the cart.

LOVE!

H&M is my favorite clothing retail company hands down! Aside from the great quality and affordable prices, the app does an effective job with displaying clothing and prices. Ive used the app solely to purchase clothing a couple of times and never has it crashed. Id wish theyd implement a "Save for later" or "heart" feature for clothing instead of just adding it to your bag as well as being able to see and create reviews. Other than that, everything is spiffy.

Very bad localization settings

First Im from Portugal and living temporarily in Poland. Theres is no region of Poland so I choose Germany since is near. The language changed to German instead keeping the language of my phone like Apple guidelines. After I removed and downloaded the app to choose UK since to be in english. I choose UK and is sending me to an app in AppStore that is available only in AppStore of England. Conclusion: This app is not prepared for foreigners that are living temporary in another country that dont speak the native language. Even if we speak english, we cannot install. Im an iOS developer so I think you should just use localized strings as they are meant to be used and remove this choose region.

Terrible customer service!!

H&M had the worst customer service. Dont bother calling their number, they dont help.

Not great

The app is fairly easy to navigate, but the customer service is awful. I have called three times over the past week and have not received any calls in return. I tried emailing the customer service team and have not received a response in over three days, even though it says their customer service is 24/7. If you order off of the app, you wont be able to track your package and the confirmation email gives you little to no information. My package is over a week late and I have no way of knowing where it is.

missing features

I cant find a section for the sale items, and the app doesnt support Apple Pay so checkout is cumbersome.

I SHOP AT H&M SO MUCH and can you imagine ordering online? Yes the app is great and it works fine. Download it because youll find everything like everything.

New version

I cant use the new updated app, it tells me to update it to the latest version and the App Store says I have the latest one. What to do?
