Crashes too much

For a while now, this app engage the devices location service even after quitting.

Lol it just tells me the server is down and that I must retry. Horrible app. Do not recommend it to anyone.

Its a really good app, but you should put the dressing room option on the application it would be cool

The clothes at H&M are beautiful the the app is very slow and always tell me that the server is down and to retry. It is very hard to browse the clothes without being interrupted because the server is down. I recommend to go on the H&M website instead of the app.

I love shopping at H&M but it keeps crashing and I find it hard to look at your collections! Please fix this as its very frustrating!!

This app is nice but apparently you cannot place an order with it, just view the items

How do I purchase something from this app ??

As an employee it would be easier to help the customer in store if you indicate the department of the garment

No coupons or deals with this app I dont see any point in downloading it, you can just see everything in store, nothing special at all. No incentives given to even use the app.

We want to be able to see the images full size and have a better experience on our iPads. Please make a universal version!

I love this app, its very helpful and Im a huge fan on h&m clothing, so yeah

Its really cool and easy to use but recently a lag came out and im not able to go in the inspiration section it does the same thing for the videos and h&m life sections please fix this

Not only did the website make me get the app so I could look at the store on my phone, but as soon as I downloaded it, it would crash every time I opened it! So pretty much, I cant look at the website on my phone, period. Doesnt even deserve one star, but I had to... Please fix this!

Whats the point of having this app if we cant buy anything from it.

You cant buy anything so seems kinda pointless. :/

This app doesnt allow you to shop online and you cant on their website either this is probably the first time Ive encountered this with a store that has an online website. The only reason this has a star at all is because there isnt an option for none. The description says you can shop online, thats false advertising. Whats the point of having an online store where you cant purchase anything. Needless to say its a waste of memory on your devices.
