This app is very buggy. If you order two orders in the same day itll put the order from the previous order into your second order and charge you twice a little window pops up saying That your new card will be charged for both orders. So they combine the orders and only one order shows up in your pending orders but when they ship it they send two separate orders with duplicates and then charge you and when you go to customer service for help they say its your fault and do nothing to help. Terrible app. Even worse customer service.

The app is ok, but they need to fix the scan option that has never worked even after updates that theyve done. Please fix

Love this app - it makes shopping h&m online easy. The categories are easy to browse and filter through to find the items you desire. They also have a scanner for items. The only critique I have is if only the app had the ability to make multiple bags or wish lists instead of loading all your items in one bag - especially if youre a fanatic shopper like me! It would help shopper stay organized or allow users to keep track of items. Anyways, cool app!

Very irritating. The app wont even open for me.

I absolutely love this app and the convenience it provides to shop for clothes and accessories. However, it would be awesome if we could put an outfit together to see how it looks on the app. I like to combine different looks, and it would be much easier if these feature was added.

Basically I think their website needs a better mobile interface, as everything takes about a minute or longer to load. In addition the sorting and filtering system dont work in my experience. One good thing is the sliding feature when viewing a particular category/item.

Native resolution for both iPhone 6 and 6 Plus?

Neither of the two will load it says server error. I have no problem loading anything else, app or web! Im getting really frustrated and about to forget H&m all together

Please update the app to support the iPhone 6 resolution!

i really love this store & im always using the app but i think you should add a wishlist. so people can save the stuff they like & not have the trouble of looking for it later.

I used to love this app but as of late it just wont open. As soon as you hit the icon it crashes. Its so annoying. The updates arent helping at all..

Havent been able to open this app for months now. Very disappointing

App is great, I mean its quick and easy. There is one or two features I wish it had. 1. The option to save a product or like a product and be able to check on all the products saved or liked. Because sometimes youre just browsing and see things you like but you cant buy it at the moment but you want to buy it later. Thats where a save or like list would be useful. 2. It would be great if the save or liked item gets restocked in size or color and the app would notify you. There is a few things I want but are currently out of sizes and different colors. If these two features were available this app would get a 5 star review!

It would be nice and saves me from shipping fees, its hard to find around at stores
