I dont know why but I cant find anything I love in the H&M store anymore, and even if I did there wouldnt be any in the stores :(

Ive been having problems for awhile where it wont show my wish list it just is a bunch of grey squares and I cant see what the actual clothes are. please fix this problem.

It says in the app description that I can track my orders using this app but I cant actually order anything from that app or online! Is that something thats going to change in the near future?

Cool clothes but you cant order online and you cant see store stock numbers so there is no point downloading the app.

You cannot purchase anything through this app. All you can do is browse their collection and add things to your wish list. You still have to go into the store and search for those items. You also have no way to know whether those items will be in stock at the store you decide to visit. What a waste of time.

Cant buy anything in Canada. #fail.

Come on, you cant buy clothes through the app??? Again completely useless.

Horrible interactivity, crashes, photos arent clear.. Not very engaging either.

Cant get your stuff shipped to canada and apps crashes when you change the color of the clothes. Waste of time and space.

I love H&M, and I shop using the app all too frequently. The latest update is incredibly annoying because it makes me sign in every time I use it. Please let me stay signed in like it used to!

Good app but Im having technical difficulties with it at the moment.

This is the worst app/website I have ever dealt with. They messed my order up multiple times and they are forcing me to pay more money now to have the issue fixed. There customer service agents are almost impossible to get ahold of and they are rude. I had to call for two hours strait threw busy signals until someone finally answered. They have hidden guidelines that allows them to not be responsible for there mistakes and they will find anyway to thieve you out of more money. I love H&M but I WILL NEVER USE THE ONLINE SERVICE EVERY AGAIN!

I cant pass from selecting my region. It keeps telling me that there is an error! You need to improve the app! Update it please!
